Delete your data
Option 1: on WhatsApp
Send DELETE MY DATA to the YellowLeaf.AI WhatsApp number. We will confirm the request in the chat.
Option 2: by email
Email [email protected] from your business email, with the WhatsApp number you used with us.
What happens
- We delete your profile, brand kit, uploaded media, reels and conversation records within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
- We delete YouTube and Instagram access tokens immediately and stop all uploads.
- We keep only what the law requires, such as payment and invoice records.
- Reels already posted on your YouTube or Instagram stay there; you can remove them in those apps.
Disconnect accounts yourself
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove YellowLeaf.AI.
- Instagram / Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations) and remove YellowLeaf.AI.
